10 Best-Selling PlayStation 2 Games

Last week on my post, we looked at best-selling video games in the original PlayStation in the celebration of its 20^th anniversary in North America.

Now we take a look on Sony’ PlayStation 2, the second best-selling console of all-time but also the most successful gaming platform. About 157.68 million units are being sold by PlayStation 2.

Here are the break of the sold units and where it is popular, 55.28 million are being sold in Europe, 2^nd is North America about 53.65 million units are sold and Japan about 23.18 million units sold. The rest of the world are also huge about 25.57 million units sold.

10. Kingdom Hearts – 6.40 million units sold

9. Medal of Honor: Frontline – 6.83 million units sold

8. Need for Speed: Underground 2 – 6.90 million units sold

7. Need for Speed: Underground – 7.20 million units sold

6. Final Fantasy X – 8.02 million units sold

5. Gran Turismo 4 – 11.66 million units sold

4. Grand Theft Auto III – 13.10 million units sold

3. Gran Turismo: A-Spec – 14.98 million units sold

2. Grand Theft Auto: Vice City – 16.15 million units sold

1.     Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas – 20.81 million units
